A wonderful opportunity to listen to the fascinating story of Maharaja Dalip Singh of the Punjab (1838 – 1893) and Princess Victoria Gowramma of Coorg (1841 – 1864), favourites of Queen Victoria – an illustrated tale told by Dr Nima Poovaya-Smith. A guided tour of Connect: People, Place, Imagination and the intervention Future Heirlooms, both of which display the unique collections of Bradford Galleries and Museums, will also be part of the day. The event is free but you will need to book in advance in order to guarantee yourself a place.
